Do you work in fund accounting or property finance? Here is a senior job in Sydney. A funds management company needs a Senior Finance Manager. The role is new. The company is small, but it grows fast every year.
You will manage financial control. You will run the daily operations of the funds. You will check work from outside fund administrators, property accountants and tax advisers. You will lead NAV calculations, cashflow forecasts and financing reports. You will help with compliance and talk with auditors, banks and investment partners. You can work in a hybrid way.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial control and the daily work of the funds.
- Check the work of outside providers (fund administration, property accounting, tax advice).
- Lead financial reports such as NAV calculations, cashflow forecasts and financing arrangements.
- Help with compliance and work with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners, and outside Accountants, Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- Relevant client experience in funds or property, working as an FM or Senior FM
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive, positive attitude to work
