Terms of Use

1. Agreeing to these terms

JobsAbroad Indonesia is a job platform of Red Migration FZC, located at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means any person who visits or uses the site.

When you use the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. Three other pages also apply: the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Disclaimer.

2. What the site offers

JobsAbroad Indonesia helps Indonesian workers, and overseas workers from any country, look for jobs in Australia and New Zealand where the employer offers visa sponsorship. You can:

• search and filter jobs on the jobs page;
• save jobs you like, which keeps them in your own browser on the saved jobs page;
• read our visa guides, articles and videos;
• apply by email or ask a question on WhatsApp;
• follow our WhatsApp channel for new job alerts.

Browsing is free. You do not need an account.

Saved jobs live only in your browser. If you clear your browser data or change device, the list may be lost. We cannot get it back for you.

3. Using the site

You may use JobsAbroad Indonesia for your own job search. You may also share our pages with friends and family. Please follow the laws of the place where you are.

We can update, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. We work to keep it online, but we do not promise it will always work or be free of mistakes. Some parts, like videos, depend on outside services and may not load if those services are down or blocked.

You are responsible for your own phone or computer, your internet connection and any data costs. Applications go out from your own email account and WhatsApp, so keep them secure.

4. About job listings

Employers send us their jobs through the network of Red Migration FZC. We show the details, including pay, as the employer gave them. An employer may change a job or fill it at any time.

Jobs are taken down after their closing date. Even so, we cannot promise that every listing is correct, complete or still open. Before a big step, like leaving your current job, check the important details first. If a listing looks wrong or suspicious, please tell us so we can look into it.

What this means for you: treat a listing as a good lead, then confirm the facts.

5. Applying for jobs

The Apply by email button opens your own email app with a ready message to jobs@jobsabroad.id. Our website does not collect or submit anything. You can also ask questions through our WhatsApp chat.

When you apply, you agree that:

• your CV, documents and messages are true and up to date;
• you are allowed to share every document you attach;
• you will not send personal details of another person without their permission.

When you apply for a job, we may send your application to the employer of that job. Our Privacy Policy explains this.

False information can cost you a job offer. It can also cause serious problems with visa authorities. Being honest protects you.

6. No promise of a job or visa

Employers choose who they hire. In Australia, the Department of Home Affairs decides on visas. In New Zealand, Immigration New Zealand decides. We do not control these decisions.

Using JobsAbroad Indonesia does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, a visa or any other result. Do not resign, sell property or buy tickets until you have a signed job offer and a visa decision.

7. Your conduct

Please do not:

• give false information or pretend to be another person;
• copy our listings in bulk, or use bots or scrapers on the site;
• attack, overload or try to break into the site, the server or the database;
• try to enter the staff admin area without permission;
• send our team messages that are illegal, abusive, threatening or spam;
• use our content to trick jobseekers or to build a competing job service.

If you break these rules, we may block you. Where needed, we may report it to the authorities.

8. Our content

The JobsAbroad Indonesia name, logo, design, guides and articles belong to Red Migration FZC or to people who gave us permission to use them. Job details may come from employers.

You may read our pages and share links to them for personal use. Please do not copy full pages or use our content for business without written permission from us.

9. Outside services

Some features depend on other companies. Chats and job alerts run on WhatsApp. Videos come from YouTube. Share buttons connect to WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn. We also link to sites such as buildaicv.com, talenttabloid.com and official government websites.

These services have their own terms and privacy rules. We are not responsible for their content, how well they work, or what they do with your data.

10. Limits on our liability

The site is offered "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by:

• trusting a listing, a salary figure, an article or a visa guide;
• what an employer decides, offers or does;
• a visa refusal, a delay or a change in government rules;
• the site being offline, slow or wrong;
• outside websites or services.

Some rights cannot be removed by an agreement. These terms do not take away those rights.

If your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms, leads to a claim against us, you agree to pay our reasonable costs from that claim, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Law and courts

The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, govern these terms. The courts of Dubai will deal with any dispute. We would like to solve problems early, so please contact us first.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the newest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply. Some changes may happen quickly, for example to follow a new law, so please check this page from time to time.
