Do you cut hair for men, women and children? A busy barbershop in the centre of Wagga Wagga, NSW, Australia, wants a Barber / Hairdresser. The team is strong, with barbers, receptionists and managers.
In this job you will cut and style hair, do wet shaves and beard styling, and help customers choose hair care products. Appointment times are long, so you can work well. You also get ongoing training from industry leaders.
The shop has full-time, part-time and casual work, with flexible arrangements. People already in Australia are preferred, but it is not a must. Visa sponsorship is on offer for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut and style hair for men, women and children
- Do traditional and modern hairstyles
- Give wet shaves and style beards
- Help customers with hair care products and give friendly, professional service
- Work together with the barbers, receptionists and managers
Requirements & Eligibility
- A qualified barber or hairdresser who has worked in a salon (apprentices also considered)
- Strong cutting skills for traditional and contemporary hairstyles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good personal presentation
- Good communication and good customer service skills
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Shaving skills are beneficial but not necessary
