JobsAbroad Indonesia wants to help you work abroad safely. To do that, we must be clear about what this website is, and what it is not. Please read these points before you rely on anything here.
1. General information only
Our job listings, articles, videos and visa guides give general information. They are not written for your own case. They may leave out details that matter to you.
Use them to learn and to plan. Then check the facts for yourself before you act. We try to keep our content correct and current, but we cannot promise that it always is.
2. Not migration or legal advice
Nothing on this site is migration advice, legal advice or other professional advice.
In Australia, generally only registered migration agents or Australian legal practitioners may give immigration assistance for a fee. In New Zealand, immigration advice should generally come from a licensed immigration adviser, unless the person is exempt by law.
If your situation is complex, talk to a registered or licensed professional.
3. Not an Indonesian placement agency
JobsAbroad Indonesia is not an Indonesian migrant worker placement agency (P3MI). We do not handle Indonesian government placement procedures for you.
Indonesia may have rules for its citizens who want to work overseas. These can include registration, training or other steps. Please check what applies to you with official Indonesian government sources before you leave. We are also not a government office, and we cannot act for you with any government.
4. Visa rules change
Visa conditions, fees, job lists and minimum salaries can change quickly. Each visa guide shows an "as of" date, so you know how recent it is. Our guides summarise official sources, but the official sites are always the final word:
- Australia: Department of Home Affairs
- New Zealand: Immigration New Zealand
If an official site says something different from us, follow the official site.
5. No guarantee of a job or visa
Employers decide who gets hired. Governments decide who gets a visa. Finding a job on JobsAbroad Indonesia, or applying for it, does not mean you will get an interview, an offer or a visa.
Many things affect the result. Examples are your skills and experience, your English test score, health and character checks, and what the employer needs. Most of these are outside our control.
6. Listings and salary figures
Job details, including salary and benefits, appear as employers provided them. Employers may change a job or close it early. We remove jobs after their closing date, but some details may still be wrong or out of date. Confirm pay and conditions with the employer before you accept any offer. Read every contract carefully, and make sure you understand it before you sign.
7. Content from other sources
We link to, or show, content from others. This includes government websites, YouTube videos, WhatsApp and sites like buildaicv.com and talenttabloid.com. We do not control them and cannot promise their content is correct.
8. Tell us about mistakes
