Requirements & Eligibility
- At minimum, 2–3 years’ experience as a Pasta Chef
- Strong experience in Italian cuisine and fresh pasta
- Confident to cook traditional Italian sauces and pasta dishes
- Good knowledge of the techniques used in Italian cooking
- Very careful with quality, consistency and presentation
- Able to manage the pasta section efficiently in busy service; reliable, organised, passionate about Italian food and comfortable in a busy restaurant
