Key Responsibilities
- Cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes
- Make sure dishes look good, stay fresh and are always consistent
- Manage prep work and help the kitchen run well
- Support food safety, cleaning and stock
- Work with the team in busy times and give ideas for the menu and kitchen
- Lead, train and manage the kitchen when needed

- Proven experience in a professional commercial kitchen
- Confident under pressure in busy services
- Proud of food quality, consistency and presentation
- Organised and efficient
- Good at working in a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with early starts and weekend work
- Previous leadership experience is highly regarded
