Do you enjoy serving guests? A busy venue in central Auckland, New Zealand, needs a Hospitality All-Rounder. The job is full-time and pays $23.95 - $28 per hour.
You will work in many parts of the venue. Some days you serve tables. Other days you help at the bar. You also do general tasks to keep things running. It is a fast place, and guests are always the focus. Training is given on the job.

Key Responsibilities
- Write down table orders and carry out the food and drinks
- Use the POS system to take payments correctly
- Prepare drinks at the bar: cocktails, beer, wine and drinks without alcohol
- Clean and reset tables fast and keep the venue tidy and nice to look at
- Welcome every guest
- Tell the kitchen and bar about special requests and dietary needs
- Give the kitchen and bar team a hand during rush hours
- Know the menu, specials and drinks and give good suggestions
- Restock, keep work areas neat and follow health, safety and food handling rules
Requirements & Eligibility
- You have worked in fast-paced hospitality before, including some waiting or bar service
- You care about great customer service
- Your communication skills with guests and co-workers are strong
- You have physical stamina for standing long periods when shifts are busy
- You are reliable, punctual, positive and flexible
- You work well with others and have good teamwork skills
- You know the basics of food safety and hygiene
- Having POS experience is desirable; the venue can provide training
- Holding barista or bartending qualifications is an advantage but not essential
