Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $100,000 - $110,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

Do you enjoy leading a kitchen? This could be your next job. A hotel group in regional Western Australia, south of Perth, has two hotels that are open all year. It needs an experienced chef to run one of its two kitchens.

The food is modern Australian pub dining with an elevated touch, plus Italian-inspired dishes made with fresh local produce. You may start as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef. This depends on your experience, skills and career goals. First, management gives you training and support. Then you take on more responsibility step by step.

The job is full-time with a salary. It has 38 ordinary hours each week, plus reasonable extra hours when needed. This job is for applicants already in Australia with work rights. In the future, employer sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates. This depends on eligibility, business needs and immigration rules. The group already supports more than 10 staff this way.
