Do you want to lead a kitchen in Australia? A busy café next to the river in Perth needs a Head Chef. The job can also be called Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead.
The café is open for breakfast and lunch. You work in the day and there are no evening shifts. You must be able to work on weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team and help them in service
- Work out recipe costs, food costs and menu margins
- Check food waste and portion sizes
- Look after stock, orders, rotation and prep
- Keep the kitchen clean and food safe, and run it every day

- Work experience as a chef
- Happy to take charge and lead a team
- Can keep standards high when the kitchen is busy
- Must be free on weekends (essential)
