Do you love cooking in a busy team? A golf club in north-east Victoria, Australia, needs a new Chef. The kitchen is getting busier. You will help the head chef, the sous chef and the kitchenhands.
Your manager is the Head Chef. The team is professional and full of energy. You can grow your career here. You can start right away. The town is popular with tourists. People visit to ski, go boating, fish and hike.
You must be already in Australia with valid work rights to apply. Sponsorship may be available to exceptional applicants after a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook the dishes on the menu
- Check the quality of each dish while you prepare it
- Check how each dish looks before it is served
- Train new staff and staff with less experience
- Supervise the cooks and help them when needed
- Give tasks to other team members
- Follow all hygiene rules
- Check food stock and order what is needed
Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualifications and experience in commercial cookery (Cert 3 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen work
- Good at communicating, and flexible with your availability
- Can work alone without supervision and also in a team
- Understand OH&S and food hygiene requirements
- Valid work rights in Australia, and ready for weekday and weekend shifts in a 7-day operation
