Do you like to lead a kitchen? A Chef Manager is wanted near Goulburn, NSW. The job is in an aged care home. It is permanent and full-time.
The work days are Monday to Friday. The hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The caterer is owned in Australia. It has 25 years of experience in aged care, education, retail and remote services.
You will plan the kitchen work by yourself. You will cook big amounts of fresh food. Some residents need soft or texture-modified meals, and you will make these for their diet. You will also keep the kitchen very clean. Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Recognised trade qualification in commercial cookery
- Current Food Safety Supervisor qualification
- Experience in food preparation, bulk cooking and running a kitchen
- Knowledge of texture-modified diets and individual dietary requirements
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Can work independently, manage priorities and keep high standards
- Current National Criminal History Check and can meet the site's flu vaccination requirements
