This is a full-time Chef de Partie job near Wollongong, NSW. The employer is a wedding and events venue. It needs a chef for its catering team, and you can start right away.
The food is European. The events are big. Service is fast. The venue belongs to a group that has five wedding venues. It wants a chef who will stay for the long term. Later, you could move up to Sous Chef.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after one section in prep and service for weddings and events
- Help the Head Chef with menus, tastings and changes for each season
- Keep food safety strong, order supplies and control stock
- Train junior chefs and kitchen hands, and cook for catering at other venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years' culinary experience
- Some of this time as a CDP or a strong Demi
- You can plate for large numbers and keep quality high
- Food safety certification, or you can get it within 30 days of starting
- Drivers License required
