Do you enjoy cooking many kinds of food? A hotel venue in Brisbane is hiring chefs. All levels are welcome. You can work full-time, part-time or casual.
The menu is big. It has grilled food, pizza, pasta, seafood, share plates and classic pub meals. You will learn a lot in this busy kitchen.
Senior head chefs lead the team. They need chefs who are organised and on time. You should be reliable and able to work by yourself while you follow their direction. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

- Experience cooking Modern Australian food and traditional pub fare
- Positive attitude and hard worker
- Real love for food and hospitality
- Team player who handles pressure well and brings energy every shift
- Proven experience in a busy high-volume kitchen
- Strong teamwork and happy to work in a multicultural team
- Focused and follows direction
- Excited to work in a fast kitchen and keen to learn
- Can work a rotating roster, with weekends and public holidays
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
