Do you like working with clients and people? A labour hire team in Melbourne wants an Account Manager. The team finds blue-collar workers for transport and logistics, manufacturing and horticulture. The job is full-time and permanent. You work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Some days are in the office and some days are at client sites.
Each day you will talk with clients, visit their workplaces and fill many job orders. You will also make rosters and help casual workers with starting the job, their performance, payroll and safety at work. All qualified people can apply. This includes people who need a visa sponsor.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit client sites often
- Fill a high number of client job orders quickly
- Make and manage rosters for workers based on what clients need
- Give clients good service by staying in contact and managing their accounts
- Manage workers from on-boarding to performance management and terminations
- Help workers with payroll and work health and safety (WHS) problems
- Keep good relationships with clients and casual workers
- Help make the team positive and work well together, and do admin tasks to support the operation
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills when speaking and writing
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Confident and friendly on the phone
- Positive attitude and proactive when solving problems
- Computer literate and proficient in relevant systems
- Able to thrive in a small, highly efficient team
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
