The team builds modern applications. You will talk with stakeholders and learn what they need. You will write code, make RESTful APIs and connect databases. You will send applications to the cloud with CI/CD pipelines. You will also work with AI, for example LLM integrations and chatbots.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet stakeholders and ask what the business requires
- Write technical designs and specifications from those business requirements
- Build applications with React, JavaScript/Node.js, Python and C#/.NET
- Test the applications and maintain them
- Make RESTful APIs and look after them
- Link the applications to SQL databases and NoSQL databases
- Add AI capabilities like chatbots, LLM (large language model) integrations and automated workflows
- Prepare data. Then build, train and evaluate machine learning models for prediction, classification and analytics
- Deploy applications to the cloud (AWS or Azure) with CI/CD pipelines and manage them
- Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot issues and fix defects promptly
- Join code reviews and keep best practices for code quality, security and performance
- Make technical documentation, test records and user guides, and give maintenance, enhancements and technical support for existing systems
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field. Equivalent professional experience is also accepted
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software design, development and testing
- Strong skills in Python programming
- Experience in React, C#/.NET or Node.js
- Proven experience in designing APIs
- Proven experience with relational (SQL) databases
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks. Examples are scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow or the OpenAI API
- Sound understanding of software architecture, testing methodologies and version control (Git)
- Experience in Agile or Scrum teams
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a team
