Key Responsibilities
- Study what the business needs. Write it down as software designs and technical specifications
- Make software applications with C#/.NET, Node.js, Python and C++. Look after them after launch
- Add AI functions that use large language models. Frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain and Flowise help you do this
- Create machine learning models. They handle regression, classification, anomaly detection and predictive analysis
- Check how well each model works
- Use sentiment analysis, image processing and natural language processing in the right applications
- Get data ready with preprocessing. Choose features. Train models. Improve their performance
- Write APIs and connect databases. This helps software systems talk to each other
- Do unit tests and integration tests. Find defects and fix them
- Read code from your teammates and review it. Keep the software safe, fast, reliable and of good quality
- Write technical specifications, system documentation and testing records. Update them often
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience is accepted too
- Have 3+ years' experience. This covers design, development, testing and maintenance of software
- Be strong at Python programming. Have experience with C#/.NET or Node.js as well
- Have practical experience with machine learning or AI frameworks. TensorFlow, Keras and scikit-learn are examples
- Have experience developing APIs. Have experience with SQL databases
- Understand debugging, testing practices, version control and software architecture. Have familiarity with Scrum or Agile development methodologies
- Be strong in communication, analysis and problem-solving
- Be able to work independently. Be able to contribute effectively in a team
- Desirable: experience with LLM integration tools, for example LangGraph, Flowise, LangChain or others
