Do you have experience leading a team? A big automotive glass company in Australia needs a Branch Manager in Alice Springs, NT. The company has worked with retail, fleet, trade and insurance customers for over 30 years.
You will manage one branch. Your team has three people. Two are qualified fitters. One is a leading hand with strong experience. Senior management will support you. You can apply if you managed a workshop, a store, trade operations or a service team. The company is an approved employer under NT DAMA and can offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
The job is Full-Time. The pay is $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan the daily work of the branch, watch the budget and keep work efficient
- Make rosters, coach staff, check their work and keep the workshop positive
- Manage stock, work with local suppliers and make sure products are ready
- Bring in more retail, fleet, insurance and trade customers and give good service by phone and in person
- Follow strict WHS rules, keep the store secure and records correct, and help with basic automotive glass fitting or repairs when busy (training on the job is provided)
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven track record as a Branch Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Manager, Retail Manager or Operations Manager
- Strong communication, team management, business awareness and computer skills
- A current valid driver's licence (mandatory)
- If you need a visa, you need nomination under Retail Manager (General), ANZSCO 142111, plus relevant formal qualifications, suitable management experience, English proficiency and NT DAMA eligibility
