Do you fix cars or auto electrics? A workshop in Whangarei, New Zealand, needs a full-time Automotive Technician / Auto Electrician. It wants an experienced mechanic or auto electrician. It wants someone who wants a change and likes to learn.
The workshop is old and well known, and it is growing. It works on all cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. It is an authorised manufacturer parts and service centre. The team has clear values. They need a person who can work alone and is a good team player.
The business is an accredited employer. Visa workers can apply. AEWV sponsorship is possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Service all types of cars and 4WDs well
- Repair cars and light commercial vehicles of all makes
- Help the workshop get better all the time
Requirements & Eligibility

- Careful work with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills
- Has a current full driver's licence
- Has NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa, or is open to applying for a work to residence visa
- Not necessary but an advantage: WOF inspector's certificate (current or past)
- Also not necessary: manufacturer training, hybrid and EV repair experience, air conditioning repair experience
