Are you a nurse who likes to lead a team? A care provider in Perth, Australia, is looking for a Service Manager. You can apply as an Enrolled Nurse or a Registered Nurse. The job is full-time and permanent.
The provider supports people with disability and also gives nursing care. Your main job is to manage this care. You make care plans for each client. You help and train the support workers. You follow the NDIS rules and government standards. You also look after client money and keep good notes.
You will work closely with families and other health workers every week.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage care for clients with disability
- Make a person-centred support plan for each client with families and health workers
- Help, train and lead the support workers
- Make sure the team has enough people and training for complex needs
- Follow NDIS rules and government standards and manage client funds
- Keep full notes and assessments for every client
- Build good relationships with clients, families and other stakeholders
Requirements & Eligibility
- You are an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse, registered with AHPRA
- Proven work in disability care, ideally in the NDIS framework, and/or in aged care
- Strong leadership and people management skills, and excellent communication with people from different backgrounds
- You care about high clinical care and compliance
- You understand the NDIS and have worked with clients with complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate, less than 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
