Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys caring for older people? A growing aged care provider in Darwin, NT, is looking for nurses for full-time work in community aged care.
Your days will include checking residents' health, making care plans, giving medicine and caring for wounds. You will work with a team of different health workers, and senior clinicians will mentor you.

Key Responsibilities
- Check each resident's health with clinical assessments and make care plans
- Give medicine, care for wounds and write clinical notes
- Watch residents' health and act when their needs change
- Help residents feel well in body, mind and social life, work with the health team for safe, good-quality care, and speak up for residents so they get good clinical results
Requirements & Eligibility
- You hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- You have relevant nursing qualifications
- You have worked in community aged care before
- You are strong at clinical assessment
- You are strong at care planning
- You have excellent communication and people (interpersonal) skills
- You have a current Australian driver's licence
- You have Australian working rights
