Are you a Registered Nurse with aged care experience? A friendly aged care home in Sydney is looking for you. The home is well established and treats residents like family.
In this job you check residents' health, plan their care and give medicines. You also lead the care staff. All work follows the Aged Care Quality Standards.
You must be already living in Australia and hold current AHPRA registration. The employer offers sponsorship on a 482 or 494 visa for eligible people who meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Check residents and plan their nursing care
- Give that care and check how well it works
- Give medications to residents
- Watch residents' health and wellbeing
- Make care plans for each person with the multidisciplinary team
- Lead and help the nursing team
- Follow laws, regulations and organisational policies
- Speak clearly with residents, families and the care team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Live in Australia now (essential)
- Significant work in aged care or a similar healthcare place, a minimum of 1 year
- Strong clinical skills for older adults with many different health needs
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Kind, person-centred care and commitment to ongoing professional development
