Do you love caring for older people? A residential aged care provider in regional Western Australia needs Registered Nurses. You will join a supportive care team.
Each day, you look after residents' clinical needs. You plan care together with residents and relatives. You handle medication. You also coach the carers. The ad says visa sponsorship may be available for eligible Registered Nurses already residing in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Look at what each resident needs clinically, and react if their condition shifts.
- Agree person-centred care plans together with residents and relatives, carry them out and review them.
- Administer medication and treatments to professional standards.
- Coach, support and lead the carers on your team.
- Work with GPs, allied health staff and other providers, and keep notes and reports correct and on time, including for AN-ACC assessments.
- Follow the Aged Care Quality Standards, policies and best practice, and help with infection prevention, risk management and quality improvement.
Requirements & Eligibility
- You hold current AHPRA registration.
- You are a Registered Nurse.
- You have 2+ years' experience as an RN in aged care (or equivalent).
- You are strong at clinical assessment.
- You are strong at care coordination.
- You can guide staff in wound and diabetes management.
- You have a sound understanding of medication systems.
- You have excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
