The provider works in community nursing, disability care and aged care. It cares for individuals, families and communities 24/7. You will work different shifts. Some shifts are active nights.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care at the client's home
- Help with personal care
- Write accurate notes and keep care plans updated
- Talk clearly with clients, families and health teams
- Keep clients safe and respect their dignity and well-being
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle
- Current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration (if it applies)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, confident with digital systems for care notes & communication
- Nursing or home care experience (preferred, but not essential)
