Each day you look after residents, give medicines, write care plans and lead the care workers. You also keep good records.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after residents with good nursing care that fits each person, and give their medicines
- Check residents' health and wellbeing every day
- Write care plans for each resident, use them and review them
- Lead the care workers and help them do good work
- Keep clinical records correct, and talk clearly with residents, families and other health workers
- Follow the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical rules, join quality projects and clinical reviews, act fast in emergencies and keep learning through continuing professional development
Requirements & Eligibility
- You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- You have at least six months' work as an RN in aged care
- You speak and write well, and have intermediate computer skills for clinical documentation systems
- You know AN-ACC funding and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- You hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- You have a current National Criminal History Check
- You hold a valid Queensland driver's licence
