Big hospital or small home? If you like the small one, look at this job. A not-for-profit care organisation needs a part-time Registered Nurse. The workplace is an aged care home with 20 beds near Grafton, New South Wales.
Because the job is part-time, you do not work every day. Your shifts move between different days. On duty, you nurse the seniors who live in the home. Each resident gets care that fits them. Residents with dementia need extra patience from you. When a clinical problem comes, you look for the answer.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurse each resident with clinical care that fits them
- Be patient with residents who have dementia and care for them well
- Look for answers when there is a clinical problem in a resident's care
- Join shifts that move between different days
- Help your team during every shift
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Affinity and experience with residents with dementia, or willingness to gain experience
- Excellent communication skills and excellent clinical problem-solving skills
- Excellent, highly motivated team player
- Availability to work various shifts across various days
- Vaccinated in line with the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check, and a pre-employment medical assessment
