Do you like nursing people in their own homes? This is a full-time, permanent job for a Registered Nurse in Darwin, in the Northern Territory of Australia.
The employer is a community care provider. You will visit older people who get aged care at home. You will also support people on the NDIS. Your job is to help each client stay healthy and well. You also help them stay independent. Every client gets care that fits their own needs and goals.
Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. You must be willing to move to the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Give nursing care to older clients at home
- Give nursing care to NDIS participants
- Check each client's health with clinical assessments
- Write care plans and review them
- Help clients with their medicines
- Watch for changes in each client's health
- Write good clinical notes
- Work with clients, families, carers and health workers, and support each client's choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence to work independently in a community setting
- A caring, compassionate approach and commitment to safe, person-centred care
- Willingness to move to the Northern Territory
