Good news for experienced nurses. An aged care home in Coffs Harbour, NSW is hiring a Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time job.
The home is run by a not-for-profit provider. You will work morning, afternoon and night shifts. Your manager will be the Care Manager.
Your work has two parts. First, you give clinical nursing care to the residents. Second, you lead the shift and help the personal care team with coaching and supervision. You will also build trust with residents and their families.
Initial 482 sponsorship is available. There are also pathways to permanent residency for eligible applicants.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of nursing work, ideally in aged care as well
- Knowledge of aged care legislation and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understanding of the AN-ACC assessment process and good clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health problems
- Confidence to coach, mentor and support care staff
- Strong skills in communication, solving conflict and emotional intelligence, a positive team attitude, and competent IT skills
