Do you enjoy organising people and paperwork? This job might suit you. A food and agribusiness company in Perth needs a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator. The contract is 6-month fixed term.
The company is Australian and has more than 100 years of history. It has operations in Western Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. You will report to the Human Resources Group Manager.
Your main task is to help new workers join the company. You will coordinate recruitment, mobilisation and onboarding. New workers can be local or international. Hiring managers, candidates and staff will ask you for help. Sponsorship is available for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Run recruitment from job ads to job offers
- Screen applicants and set up interviews
- Coordinate mobilisation for new workers, including visas and documents
- Look after onboarding
- Arrange travel and moving plans for new workers
- Talk with migration providers about visa processes
- Keep recruitment records and systems correct for compliance and reports
- Work with hiring managers on staff needs, give good service to candidates, workers and teams, and follow policy, law and best practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- Past work in recruitment coordination, mobilisation, HR administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and finish on deadline
- Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management
- A customer-focused approach to the candidate experience and knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems and compliance requirements
