You will not work alone. A Registered Nurse supervises you. You help patients with personal hygiene. You give medications. You also write clear notes about the care.
The employer is a healthcare company owned in Western Australia. It offers home care, community nursing and DVA services. Its nurses also go to hospitals and aged care facilities around Perth. Your location can be the CBD, or north or south of the river. Your leader is the Clinical Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Nursing care: assess, plan and implement it under RN supervision
- Medications: administer them and monitor treatment responses
- Patient care: assist in coordinating and evaluating it
- Health education and promotion: take part in the activities
- Direct patient care: provide it, including personal hygiene assistance
- RNs: support them in clinical procedures and patient assessments
- Clinical documentation: keep it accurate
- Safety: comply with Work Health and Safety legislation and maintain infection control standards
- Incidents and hazards: report them promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration: current
- Nursing qualification: relevant for an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience: community nursing and home care
- Experience length: minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- National Criminal History Check: current
- Working with Children Check: current
- Manual Handling Certificate: current
- Driver's licence: valid, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations: current
- Infection Control certificate
