Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care and personal care in client homes
- Write good notes and keep care plans correct
- Talk well with clients, families and health teams, and keep every client safe, respected and well
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle
- Current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration, if it applies to you
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Strong skills in communication and working with people (interpersonal skills)
- Good with computers, using digital systems for care notes and communication with confidence
- Nursing or home care experience is preferred, but it is not essential
