Requirements & Eligibility
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate
- Previous aged care experience
- Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- You know the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and aged care accreditation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership
- Good at team-working
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strongly committed to resident-centred care, dignity and privacy
- High integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Can adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a team
