Support Worker/Life Facilitator

Healthcare · Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $30/hr

Can others always count on you? A responsible, capable and people-focused Life Facilitator is needed. In this work, quality support grows from trust, consistency and accountability.

Your client has tetraplegia and is very motivated. You will join the established team that supports this person around the clock (24/7). Your goal is not just to give care. You will make it possible for the client to live independently, keep active and handle everyday commitments at home, at work and with family.

The employer wants someone who can prove their reliability, speak up with confidence and show respect inside a structured team. Sticking to routines, taking initiative and earning professional trust count just as much as hands-on skills. If a police certificate is requested, you can apply for an SKCK from the Indonesian National Police.
