Key Responsibilities
- As Accounts Officer, you record transactions correctly, look after the books, raise invoices, make payments and track money owed to and by the business
- As Accounts Officer, you also match bank statements with records, control spending and petty cash, pay back refunds and staff claims, and follow up late payments
- As Accounts Officer, you reply to finance questions from customers, suppliers and workers, and give support to finance management and outside accountants
- As Finance / Office Manager, you run finance and office administration and produce reports, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow forecasts
- As Finance / Office Manager, you review how the business is doing financially, spot trends, keep an eye on its money position and make sure reconciliations, reporting and tax compliance are right
- As Finance / Office Manager, you set and update finance policies, give managers the numbers they need, plan strategy from your analysis and help with office tasks, hiring and staff growth
- As Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician, you operate waste trucks, empty rubbish and sani-bins, move freight and bins, and inspect your vehicle and report problems
- As Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician, you also keep the yard tidy, do night fogging, mowing, tree trimming, digging and labouring, and treat customers politely
- As Contracts Administrator, you file contract and project records, handle all related paperwork and keep track of timelines and contract terms
- As Contracts Administrator, you check on contractors and changes to the work, liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and trades, reply to contract questions and help jobs get done
- As Welder, you follow drawings and plans, pick suitable materials and fillers, and weld with MIG, TIG and other methods
- As Welder, you join ductwork, sheet metal, fixtures, vents and similar items on site, team up with installers, grind and deburr your welds, keep to quality and safety rules and cut waste
- As Senior Pest Control Technician, you look over buildings for pests and ways in, judge how bad an infestation is and explain treatment, prevention and regular service options to clients
- As Senior Pest Control Technician, you treat termites, ants and other insects, put down rodent traps and baits, take away wasp, hornet and bee nests safely, block entry gaps and use chemicals and gear with care
- As Truck Mechanic, you service trucks, carry out preventative maintenance, test brakes, steering, wheel bearings and similar systems and use computerised diagnostic tools to find faults
- As Truck Mechanic, you fix or swap parts like bearings, gears and valves, work on cooling and heating, road test repaired trucks, check emissions, performance, measurements and clearances, and work safely and precisely
Requirements & Eligibility

- For Finance / Office Positions: accounting, finance, business or administration qualifications that are relevant, and experience in bookkeeping, financial administration or management
- For Finance / Office Positions: strong number and analysis skills, high accuracy and close attention to detail
- For the Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician role: a current Manual Driver Licence and a current HR vehicle licence, with a clean driving record
- For the Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician role: waste truck experience is advantageous; rear-loader, hook-lift, front-lift or side-arm vehicle experience is advantageous too
- For the Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician role: the ability to do many types of operational work
- For the Contracts Administrator role: relevant contracts, project or administration experience, with strong document control and organisation
- For the Contracts Administrator role: you can coordinate contractors, suppliers and trades and juggle deadlines and multiple priorities
- For the Welder role: a relevant welding qualification or equivalent practical experience, and demonstrated MIG, TIG or other welding experience
- For the Welder role: you can interpret plans and technical drawings and you know welding safety and quality standards
- For the Senior Pest Control Technician role: a relevant pest control qualification, certification or licence, and professional pest control experience
- For the Senior Pest Control Technician role: you know how pests are identified, treated and prevented, can handle pest control chemicals and equipment safely, and give strong customer service
- For the Truck Mechanic role: a relevant diesel, heavy vehicle or mechanical qualification, and previous truck or heavy vehicle mechanic experience
- For the Truck Mechanic role: experience using computerised diagnostic systems, strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills, and a commitment to safe, quality workmanship
