Good with pavers and proud of neat work? A commercial landscaping business in Western Australia is hiring a Brick Paver / Hard Landscaper. They want more than trade experience. They want real skill, reliability and a professional attitude.
You will join a hands-on crew building commercial paving and hard landscaping projects at sites around the metropolitan area. Show a strong track record, practical ability and the right attitude, and this can become long-term work with career progression. If you prove yourself on site, the role can grow into a Leading Hand or Supervisory pathway.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to project sites in different parts of the metropolitan area
- Carry out brick paving and hard landscaping work
- Get the ground and surfaces ready, then lay pavers accurately and efficiently
- Take measurements, set levels and mark out the site
- Cut and finish paving materials
- Use trade tools and equipment the right way
- Build to the site plans and project specifications, keeping quality consistent on every finished job
- Follow safety procedures and site rules, and keep your work area safe and tidy
- Talk clearly with your team
- Show initiative, own the tasks you are given and help make site practices more efficient
- Move towards Leading Hand or supervisory duties where suitable
Requirements & Eligibility
- You hold a White Card
- You have relevant experience in hard landscaping or brick paving, and your practical trade ability can be demonstrated
- Your employment history is reliable and your work ethic is professional
- You have strong attention to detail
- You are positive and cooperative
- You can work on your own and as part of a team
- You have reliable transport and are willing to travel across the metropolitan area
- You are physically able to do hands-on outdoor work
- You are committed to quality and safety, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career
- You are eligible for employment in Australia
- Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates
