Your work is simple to describe. You cut and care for lawns. You plant, prune and trim. You use and maintain garden machines. You talk with clients and your team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lawn care, planting, pruning, trimming and weeding, all done to a high standard
- Be a good example to the team
- Give each client exceptional service
- Use and maintain many types of landscaping equipment
- Equipment includes chainsaws, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, line trimmers, power washers and building tools
- Talk clearly with clients and team members and help with their needs and concerns
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2 years or more of experience as a landscape gardener; ideally some of it is hard landscaping
- Horticultural qualification
- Outstanding knowledge of horticulture and interest in plants
- Excellent communication skills; can talk to clients
- Can work in a team and unsupervised
- Can follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Full driver's licence for manual and automatic vehicles (training on manual is available if needed)
- Health and safety focus
- Attention to detail and high initiative
- Good physical fitness
- Right to work in NZ
