Are you an experienced Cook or Chef living in Perth? A hospitality business in Western Australia wants kitchen people with proven skills, who are reliable and perform well at work.
This is more than filling an empty spot in a kitchen. The goal is to find hospitality professionals who can show real commercial experience and keep delivering when service gets busy.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and get the daily kitchen prep done
- Cook dishes from the menu following set recipes and standards, keeping quality and presentation high through the whole service
- Handle several cooking jobs at once in busy times, working fast and well in a high-volume kitchen
- Store food the right way and rotate stock
- Watch how much of each ingredient is used and avoid waste
- Keep the kitchen clean all day and follow food safety and hygiene steps
- Talk clearly with the cooks and the service team
- Help keep the kitchen tidy, organised and productive
- Stay calm and professional when service needs change
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant work experience as a Cook or Chef, with demonstrated commercial kitchen experience
- High-volume kitchen experience is strongly preferred
- Can work efficiently when services are busy
- Strong attention to detail and consistent results
- A positive attitude, a dependable work ethic and good communication and teamwork
- A professional approach to customer service and preparing food
- Can meet food safety and workplace requirements
- Current residence in Perth, Western Australia is essential; visa holders already residing in Perth are welcome to apply
- Can demonstrate verifiable and authentic work experience
- Committed to completing the required qualifying period
