Do you already live in Australia and work in hospitality? An established restaurant operation in Rockingham, Western Australia, has openings for Chefs, Cooks and Wait Staff with genuine hospitality backgrounds.

The employer looks for real work experience, practical skills, reliability and a strong understanding of how hospitality operations run. You will work within structured systems, gain more experience and build a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen roles: prepare and cook food to established quality standards, so each plate looks right and has the correct portion
- Run kitchen sections smoothly during service
- Prep ingredients, and keep prep areas and all work areas clean, safe and organised
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
- Help with deliveries, stock control and inventory
- Support less experienced team members when required, and work well with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Floor roles: welcome customers, give professional service and answer questions about the menu
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Clear, clean and reset tables
- Process payments on POS systems
- Keep the dining room professional and welcoming, and help with wider restaurant operations as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- For Chef and Cook roles, you need a minimum 1 year in a commercial kitchen
- You have demonstrated experience with Asian cuisine
- Experience with Japanese cuisine is not required
- Relevant Australian qualifications are preferred
- Your employment experience is genuine and can be verified, and you can show practical skills relevant to the position
- You have strong communication and teamwork skills and a reliable, professional attitude
- You are willing to learn established workplace procedures and committed to a long-term hospitality career
- You hold valid Australian work rights
- You are currently residing in Australia
- You are willing to start work before sponsorship is considered
- Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates, based on verified experience, performance and business requirements
