Love coffee and like leading a team? A hospitality group in Western Australia wants skilled people who have real work experience, high service standards and the confidence to take charge on the floor.
Your background may be in specialty coffee, Front of House supervision or venue management. The role will be matched to the skills and experience you can prove. They want someone who can help from the first day, lead by example and build a team that cares about service.

Key Responsibilities
- Help the venue reach its KPIs and operational goals
- Run Front of House and the coffee service every day, guiding team members through daily work
- Make sure customer service and drinks are always made to a high standard
- Train new and current staff in service and operating steps, support their performance and encourage them to keep improving
- Work hands-on beside the team to set a good example
- Organise service needs when the venue is busy
- Check how customers feel about their visit and deal with any problems in the right way
- Keep the venue clean, tidy and up to workplace standards
- Help plan staff rosters and shifts, and keep the workplace lively, professional and welcoming
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional work experience in hospitality, in a relevant role as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
- Proven ability to take responsibility for the team and service operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and able to stay focused and find solutions in busy shifts
- Shows reliability, good organisation and time management
- Able to train, support and motivate other team members
- Careful attention to service quality and how the workplace looks
- A confident, positive attitude when dealing with customers
- Willing to give supporting evidence of relevant employment experience
