Are you a skilled barber who is proud of your work? A busy, established barbershop in New South Wales needs an experienced Barber. You should have proven technical skills and really care about customers.
You must be able to show genuine industry experience. Your work will include precision cuts, modern fades, beard grooming and talking with clients about what they want. Good, steady service is what brings customers back.

Key Responsibilities
- Give male clients professional haircuts and grooming
- Cut fades, skin fades and precision styles
- Shape, trim and groom beards
- Ask clients what they like and suggest styles that suit them
- Use accurate cutting, blending and finishing techniques, and keep the quality the same on every service
- Make each client feel welcome and treated professionally, and build trust with your regular customers
- Prepare your barbering tools and equipment and keep them in good shape
- Keep your workstation clean, hygienic and tidy, and follow the workplace hygiene and safety practices
- Work quickly in busy times while still paying attention to detail, and help keep the team positive and professional
- Keep learning the latest men's grooming styles and barbering techniques
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience as a Barber
- Proven skill in men's haircutting and styling, including strong fades, skin fades and blending techniques
- Experience doing beard trimming and grooming
- A relevant barbering qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience
- You can give evidence of your previous barbering employment or experience
- Strong communication and people skills with clients
- A professional manner and a focus on customers
- You are reliable and punctual, and committed to high-quality work
- You can work alone and in a team, and you present yourself professionally
- You are willing to commit to a full-time position
