In barbering, a clear and provable track record matters as much as good skills with the clippers. A professional team in Western Australia wants an experienced Barber to join them full-time.
To be a good fit, you should be able to show real barbering experience and relevant qualifications. You should also show steady commitment to quality work and to looking after customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut fades, haircuts and styles, give shaves and groom beards to a high standard
- Find out what each client wants and recommend grooming and styling that suits them
- Keep the quality of your work steady across every service
- Welcome every client and give them a professional experience, building good relationships with both new and regular customers
- Keep your station clean, hygienic and well organised, and follow workplace health, safety and hygiene rules
- Handle barbering tools and equipment safely and in the right way
- Look and act professionally
- Work as part of the wider barbering team and help keep the shop positive and focused on customers
Requirements & Eligibility
- A passport that is valid
- An up-to-date, detailed resume/CV
- A certificate for a relevant barbering qualification
- Professional barbering experience of at least 2 years in a relevant role
- Genuine identity and employment documents that can be verified, such as employment letters, contracts or payslips as evidence of your work history
- English language ability, with a minimum score of 5
- Practical barbering skills you can demonstrate
- Able to meet what full-time employment in Western Australia requires
- Suitable candidates may be considered for sponsorship
