Is barbering your passion? A well-established men's grooming business in Western Australia wants an experienced Barber / Hairdresser to join its busy salon full-time.
The salon offers many kinds of men's grooming. You will give every client great service and keep your work at a professional standard. This role suits someone skilled who loves people and takes pride in high-quality barbering and hairdressing.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut, style and finish hair with scissors, clippers and razors
- Do skin fades, beard trims, moustache grooming and traditional shaves
- Create classic and modern men's styles
- Give clients good advice on styles, grooming and hair care products
- Wash and condition hair and scalp as part of the service
- Do colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments when needed
- Clean and sanitise tools and equipment to the salon's hygiene standard
- Keep the salon clean, tidy and hygienic
- Help with bookings and taking payments when needed
- Give excellent service and build client relationships that last
- Keep every service professional, so clients leave happy
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum three years of experience working as a Barber or Hairdresser in a busy barbershop or salon
- Strong technique with scissors, clippers and skin fades
- Experience in beard styling, moustache grooming and traditional shaves
- Able to do a wide range of men's haircuts and grooming services
- Experience with colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in customer service
- A friendly, professional attitude that fits into a team
- Able to work weekends as part of a full-time roster
