Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations and keep drink quality, presentation and service the same every time
- Design a creative menu of non-alcoholic drinks and pairing experiences
- Make seasonal drinks with fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals, and test new ingredients, flavours and styles of presentation to create something special
- Give every guest great service, using your product knowledge to make their visit more interesting
- Learn about fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and where they are grown
- Bring new ideas to help the drinks programme keep growing
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, tidy and well looked after
- Follow hygiene, safety and operational standards at work
- Work as part of the wider hospitality team
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year working in bar management or a similar hospitality job
- A genuine record of relevant work experience that can be verified, plus evidence of your work history, skills and qualifications where required
- Shown ability to make cocktails, mocktails or new and creative drinks, with a creative approach to beverage development
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Willing to go through identity and employment checks
- An interest in hospitality that focuses on fresh, seasonal produce
- Able to work in New South Wales
