Are you strong in Revit and good at turning designs into real buildings? An established architectural practice is hiring in Crows Nest, Sydney. The firm delivers major industrial developments across Australia. It wants a Graduate Architect with technical and documentation experience to join its professional team in New South Wales.

The focus is technical delivery. That means solid Revit skills, accurate construction documents, coordinating consultants, and knowing how a design becomes a practical build.

You will work on large industrial projects with experienced Project Leaders and technical staff. Be ready to show real project experience from past work.

Prepare an English-language CV that lists the projects you have worked on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update detailed Revit models for several industrial projects, and help improve Revit standards and internal documentation workflows
  • Produce coordinated construction documents from the design stage through to delivery
  • Read architectural requirements and turn them into practical documentation
  • Check consultant models for clashes before construction starts, and help solve technical coordination and documentation problems
  • Review shop drawings and support technical reviews
  • Apply NCC requirements and the relevant Australian Standards in your documents
  • Help with site inspections and support projects during construction
  • Work side by side with Project Leaders, consultants and other technical staff
  • Keep every documentation package consistent, accurate and high quality

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience documenting in Revit
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Revit modelling, detailing and documentation
  • Proven experience producing construction documentation for architectural projects
  • A clear understanding of buildability and technical coordination
  • Working knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards
  • Able to coordinate information from many consultants and disciplines
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with clear communication and good teamwork
  • A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related field (relevant equivalent industry experience may be considered)
  • Able to show genuine project experience and technical ability
  • A professional, accountable approach to delivering projects
