Key Responsibilities
- Look after trees professionally, including care, maintenance and other arboriculture services
- Plant trees, help them establish and improve landscapes
- Help with streetscapes, park upgrades and urban renewal projects
- Do environmental and civil landscaping, including WSUD installations and raingarden projects
- Keep trees, gardens and outdoor spaces looking their best
- Use arboriculture tools, machines and equipment safely, and follow Australian workplace safety rules and project guidelines
- Work closely with site teams and project managers
- Adjust to different outdoor settings and project needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certificate III in Arboriculture (Level 3 Arborist qualification) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in professional landscaping or arboriculture, with a practical understanding of tree maintenance and outdoor works
- A strong work ethic and a reliable, positive attitude
- Able to work safely in hard, physical outdoor conditions
- Good communication and the ability to work in a team
- Willing to build your skills to Australian industry standards
